Here’s what you can expect on your first visit with us after you’ve called and made your appointment.

Step 1: Fill Out Your Intake Forms
Please fill these out online. When you come in for your visit, bring all necessary insurance information if you want to use it. (We highly recommend calling your insurance company prior to your visit to know your benefits). Please arrive five to ten minutes early.

Step 2: Meet with Dr. Paul or Dr. Laelle
During your initial visit, we will have a detailed conversation with you regarding your symptoms, your complaints, and how Chiropractic and the other services we offer might help. You will have a thorough examination which includes possible neurological or orthopedic testing, depending on your injury or complaint.

Step 3: Exam
This will include an assessment of your biomechanical and nerve system, as well as any other functional tests, including orthopedic or neurological tests that we conclude are appropriate to assess the level of care you or your child might need.

Step 4: Get Adjusted
You will receive your first gentle adjustment to start your healing process.

Step 5: Confirm your Review of Findings
On your second visit, we will go over all the results of your first adjustment. You will then get another gentle adjustment, as well as a personalized plan for care that will take you to your goal, including visit frequency, duration, and other services or products we think will be helpful for you in achieving your health goals. This can include nutritional advice, exercises, supplements, and other therapies.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which insurances do you accept?
We are in network with Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, Aetna, First Choice Health, Kaiser Permanente PPO plans, Medicare, Community Health Plan, and Molina, as well as some others.
Can you handle car accident cases?
Yes, we will accept PIP cases, as well as some 3rd party claims.
Do you do worker’s compensation?
Yes, we work with WA state LNI as well as private workers compensation plans.
Can you tell me how much my co-pay will be?
That will depend on your insurance company and specific plan. We are happy to check on that for you, but we always recommend you contact your company yourself to confirm what we have told you. There is no guarantee that what they told us is accurate. You are ultimately responsible for all services rendered and any fees associated with care.
What are your time of service rates?
Please call us for our most up to date rates.
Do you treat children as well?
We do! Children benefit greatly from regular chiropractic adjustments.
Do you take walk-in appointments?
If the schedule allows, we will take a walk-in appointment. Generally speaking it’s best to make an appointment ahead of time. Because of the way Dr. Paul and Dr. Laelle structure their adjusting hours, there is rarely an open spot for a new patient.
Do you work with pregnant women?
Yes, absolutely. Chiropractic by a Webster certified Chiropractor in pregnancy is very safe, and effective for promoting a healthy labor and delivery. Both Dr. Laelle and Dr. Paul are Webster Certified.
